Drainage system comprises protective tube (3) surrounding the drainage cannula (4) over its whole length and connected to a cement snorkel (2) on its upper end. Preferred Features: A stopper (1) and/or the protective tube are detachedly connected together on one side and the cement snorkel on the other side so that separation occurs with increasing cement pressure. The cement snorkel encloses the drainage cannula and protective tube in a ring-like manner. The cement snorkel and the protective tube form one component.
