<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which even if it is used outdoors for a long period of time, an organic polymer resin for sealing of a light receiving surface side is hard to be yellowed and, as a result, a performance deterioration by an incident light decrease to the solar cell element caused by yellowing is suppressed with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell module in which the light receiving surface side of the solar cell element 1 is sealed by the organic polymer resin 4 and a transparent member 2 of its outside, a hindered amine light stabilizer and a crosslinking agent made of an organic peroxide are contained in the organic polymer resin.
