<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk wherein rotation and surface wobbling of the optical disk are easily stabilized, risk of crash is eliminated since surface wobbling is small, a focus error due to following defect of focus servo is reduced, optical information recording and reproduction quality for recording and reproducing optical information of high capacity is enhanced and the quality can be easily and reliably maintained, to provide a manufacturing method of the optical disk and to provide an optical information recording and reproducing apparatus having the optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk has a recording layer 1 comprising a fine pattern for storing optical information, an optical information recording and reproducing surface 2 for recording or reproducing optical information of the recording layer 1, a recording and reproducing surface member 3 comprising the optical information recording and reproducing surface 2, a counter surface member 4 opposed to the recording and reproducing surface member 3 and a hollow part 5 which is formed by the recording and reproducing surface member 3 and the counter surface member 4 opposing to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
