<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult for another person to grasp a personal identification number so as not to leak the personal identification number even if the movement of the fingers inputting the personal identification number is watched by another person; to input a personal identification number in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 103 displays the numeral of a numeric key 101a, which a user selects by operating a numeric keypad 101, on a numeral display part 102a. When rejecting to accept, as the input of a personal identification number, the numeral of a numeric key 101a which a user selects by operating the numeric keypad 101, the control part 103 displays an operation guide for notifying the user of the rejection on an operation guide display part 102b.
