<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide point to multi-point services, to which flexibility is added for handling a plurality of reception points, when multiple transmissions are made over a downlink-shared channel, using valuable radio resources. <P>SOLUTION: Service data are transmitted in a wireless communication system. An indicator is synchronously transmitted for reception of a user group in a cell of a system (80). The user group does not include all of the users of the cell. Each of the user groups receives a service indicator. Each of the user groups monitors a service ID, transmitted over a downlink-shared channel (82). The service data are transmitted over the downlink-shared channel with the service ID (84).
