<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembled eating house interior construction method for constructing an eating house in original layout as sufficiently desired by a client while holding down cost, and to provide its interior structure using the construction method. <P>SOLUTION: The assembled eating house interior construction method is provided for assembling originally fabricated interior kits and originally fabricated customer equipment and kitchen facilities to construct the eating house in original layout as desired by individual clients.
