<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for evaluating the environmental influences by predicting the outflow of nutritive salts into a river system, the release of the nutritive salts into the atmosphere, and influences by the application of agrochemicals. <P>SOLUTION: The excessive amounts of environmental loading substances (nitrogen compounds, phosphorus compounds, agrochemicals, and the like) can simply be calculated only by inputting basic information such as the amounts of applied fertilizers, the number of reared domestic animals, methods for rearing the domestic animals, the amounts of products, and the quantities of applied agrochemicals, and outflow amounts from fields for each outflow form are predicted. The degrees of environmental influences can be estimated from the predicted results.
