PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal with a camera capable of acquiring a photographed image at the optimal frame rate without complicated operations by a user. SOLUTION: A camera processing portion 10 comprises a CCD controller 14 for determining an attribute information for each frame of an acquired image data and an attribute information multiplexing portion 13 for multiplexing the attribute information for each frame of the image data. An application processing portion 20 takes the image data into a frame memory 21 temporarily, and then extracts the multiplexed attribute information from the image data read from the frame memory 21, and applies utilization processing to the image data based on the attribute information.
