PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle comparator circuit that does not output a false pulse due to fluctuation of a power source voltage. SOLUTION: The output from a differential amplifier OP1 is slowed and fluctuated in response to the fluctuation of the power source voltage Vc, and the output is applied to a signal input terminal Cs of a comparator CP. A reference electric potential Vref applied to a reference electric potential input terminal Cr of the comparator CP is slowed and fluctuated by a waveform slowdown circuit 20.
