PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of communication between a vehicle and an information center required for acquiring a plurality of diagnosis results following a procedure, concerning a remote failure diagnosis system, a remote failure diagnosis method and the information center. SOLUTION: In this system, the information center selects a diagnosis procedure for executing a plurality of diagnoses necessary for specifying a failure portion on the basis of failure information of the vehicle, and transmits information for showing the diagnosis procedure collectively to the vehicle side. The vehicle side performs the plurality of diagnoses following the diagnosis procedure transmitted as the information from the information center, and transmits a plurality of diagnosis results collectively to the information center.
