PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable fuel tank in which the amount of liquid fuel is visible not only in being replenished with liquid fuel but also in being used in a state of installed in a kerosene fan heater. SOLUTION: A reception chamber 13 opened at its upper surface to install the fuel tank 12 is formed in a housing 10. A display section 21 for displaying the amount of liquid fuel is provided on an upper surface of the fuel tank 12 provided with a replenishing opening 3 on its upper surface. The upper surface of the fuel tank 12 is exposed to the outside to form a part of the upper surface of the housing 10. The display section 21 has a three-dimensional form, and it is viewable from above and sides.
