PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator with superior reliability, capable of improving safety and efficiency even during defrosting operation of the refrigerator using an inflammable refrigerant. SOLUTION: The refrigerator wherein a defrosting heater 11 having a heater wire wound like a coil in a glass tube is provided below a cooler 10 is provided with a heat dissipation member 16 in an outer circumference of the glass tube.
