PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire shutter which can be rolled into a roll having a reduced diameter when the shutter is rolled around a drum, is provided with an actuator having a smaller capacity and has a heat insulation layer to be expanded at the time of a fire and hardly damaged and coming off. SOLUTION: Fireproof clothes 12a and 12b are arranged on both side faces of an unexpanded heat insulation sheet 11 to sandwich the unexpanded sheet 11 which is expanded by heating.
