PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove cover lifting device for improving reliability, by allowing displacement between respective skeletons, by surely lifting a groove cover even in sudden displacement between the respective skeletons. SOLUTION: In a rocking lever 39, a base end part 36 is rotatably arranged in the arrow mark C1, C2 direction around the vertical axis L1 in an opposed wall part 37A of one skeleton 32a, and a loose end part 38 is arranged in close vicinity to an opposed wall part 37b of the other skeleton 33b. A lifting driving means 41 is arranged in the opposed wall part 37a of the one skeleton 32a in a groove space 31. A lifting body 40 is lifted by the rotational movement to one skeleton 32a side from the other skeleton 32b of the rocking lever 39, and is lowered by the rotational movement to the other skeleton 32b side from one skeleton 32a of the rocking lever 39. When the respective skeletons 32a and 32b approach, the loose end part 38 of the rocking lever 39 is pressed by an opposed wall surface 37b of the other skeleton 32b, and the rocking lever 39 is rotated in the direction C1 for approaching the loose end part 38 to the opposed wall surface 37b of the one skeleton 32 from the opposed wall surface 37b of the other skeleton 32b.
