PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasoline composition having a heightened octane number while keeping the acceleration and driving force of a vehicle, and exhibiting excellent fuel efficiency. SOLUTION: The gasoline composition has≤65 kPa vapor pressure,≥47°C 10% distillation temperature, 90-103°C 50% distillation temperature, 110-134°C 70% distillation temperature,≤165°C 90% distillation temperature,≤30 vol.% content of aromatic hydrocarbon,≥91.5 research octane number, and≥82.0 motor method octane number, and satisfies specific numerical expressions concerning a distillation temperature and the vapor pressure, a composition of the components of the aromatic hydrocarbons and a composition of the components of isoparaffin.
