PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable silicone resin composition that is useful for an optical device, a material for an optical part, an electronic device, an insulating material for an electronic part, a coating material, etc., provides a cured product having excellent heat resistance, light resistance and crack residue. SOLUTION: The curable silicone resin composition comprises (A) a siloxane-polycyclic hydrocarbon-based compound that is an addition reaction product between (a) a siloxane-based compound containing three or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule and (b) a polycyclic hydrocarbon containing two addition reactive carbon-carbon double bonds in one molecule and contains two or more silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule, (B) an organic compound containing the total of two or more of acryloyl group and/or methacryloyl group in one molecule, (C) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst and (D) a hindered amine compound.
