PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, lightweight and less-expensive seal feeder having a simple structure that is preferable for a private use or a domestic use and application in the case of less frequency in use. SOLUTION: This seal feeder comprises a case 10 for storing a base tape 2 holding a seal S, and a seal feeding part 11 arranged at the extremity of the case 10 so as to peel off the seal S on the base tape 2 and adhere it at its target position P. The seal feeding part 11 comprises a seal peeling-off part 15 and a seal depressing head 16. The seal peeling-off part 15 comprises a small-diameter peeling-off roller 20 for folding the base tape 2 and guiding it, and a feeder roller 21 for feeding the base tape 2. The base tape 2 is fed while being held between it and the feeding-off roller 20 by a depressing reaction force generated when the feeder roller 21 depresses the tape at a target position P and the feeder roller is rotated.
