PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for a vehicle capable of improving the operability of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This controller for the vehicle is provided with a vehicle speed sensor for detecting speed of the vehicle, an accelerator detection means for detecting stepping amount of an accelerator pedal, and a reaction force generating means for generating reaction force for stepping of the accelerator pedal. The reaction force generating means generates reaction force of the accelerator pedal based on vehicle speed from the vehicle speed sensor and stepping amount of the accelerator pedal from the accelerator detection means.
