PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable panel structure capable of saving a space in the depth direction and opening and closing a movable panel which serves as a front surface with the panel kept in an exposed position. SOLUTION: This movable panel structure is furnished with a panel frame 1 of the movable panel 102 constituting a front surface of a device, arms 31, 32 providing belts 21, 22 extended long vertically on the left and right sides on the front surface part of the device , to drive the belts 21, 22 by motors 11, 12 respectively provided left and right, to vertically move an upper end part of the panel frame 1 of the movable panel 102 by mounting it on the belts 21, 22 and free to advance and retreat a lower end part of the panel frame 2 of the movable panel 102, encoder plates 61, 62 to detect slippage of a rotational displacing position of the belts, sensors 63, 64 a micro computer 8 to drive the motor to correct the positional slippage of the left and right belts 21, 22, a right side motor driver 91 and a left side motor driver 92.
