PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot teaching system capable of reproducing chinaware painting operations, etc. by utilizing a multi-flexibility polyarticular robot arm, preserving a technique of a skilled craftsman as digital information and handing the information down to posterity. SOLUTION: This system 1 is provided with a slave mechanism part 4 having a robot arm 7 formed by coupling a plurality of arm parts 7a to exactly reproduce movements of the arm of a person, a master mechanism part 2 for recognizing a writing motion in relation to a curved dish internal surface 6a of a ceramic dish 6 and teaching the motion, and a controller 3 for connecting the master mechanism part 2 and the slave mechanism part 4 to perform motion controls of the robot arm 7 of the slave mechanism part 4 and a slave side dish 26 based on writing information related to the writing motion recognized by the master mechanism part 2 and work information.
