SAMPLING TOOL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling tool for simply and efficiently sampling a micro sample having small natural electrostatic force and stickiness and a micro sample in a region having an unsmooth structure. SOLUTION: In this sampling tool of a micro-manipulator having a sampling needle for sampling a micro sample, a projection is provided on the tip of the sampling needle. Further a small projection may be provided on the side of the projection. The projection and the small projection are zinc oxide needle-like crystal. This method of manufacturing the sampling tool includes: a process of covering the surface including the tip of the sampling needle or a part of the surface with insulating material; a process of separating a part of the insulating material; and a process of growing the projection on the separating part.
