摘要

An information recording reproducing device is provided with a reading means for reading original image data recorded in an information recording medium to be edited; an editing means for editing the original image data read by the reading means based on editing instruction data; a converting means for converting the image data edited by the editing means into image data in a signal format which can be reproduced by a reproducing device of a different reproduction format; and a writing means for writing the image data converted by the converting means in other information recording medium with the original image data and the editing instruction data.
