PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an operation information processor and an operation information system for electronic equipment, a server, a terminal device, an operation manual preparation method and an operation manual output method for the electronic equipment, an operation manual for the electronic equipment, and a recording medium recorded with the operation manual capable of not only remote-operating the electronic equipment but also utilizing information obtained as a result of the operation as the operation manual hereafter.

SOLUTION: This processor/system is provided with the terminal device 2 equipped with a display means 3 for displaying an operation part 13 of the electronic equipment 7, and an operation means 4 for operating the operation part 13, the server 5 for operating the electronic equipment 7 according to an operation signal from the operation part 13, and a storage means 8 for storing the operation information in the operation part 13 and an output image of the electronic equipment 7 associated each other.
