METADATA CREATION DEVICE, CONTENTS DATA STORAGE DEVICE, TERMINAL AND CONTENTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use contents in partial division which a user intends.

SOLUTION: A metadata management server 10 is provided with a partial specified information creation part 11 which creates partial specified information which specifies a part of contents for contents data, a first encryption key for every part in order to carry out a first enciphering for each part, a first key creation part 12 which creates a first decoding key for every part in order to decode an enciphered part, and a metadata creation part 14 which creates metadata corresponding and including the first encryption key and the decoding key in the partial specified information. A program storage device 20 is provided with a storage part 21 which stores contents data, an enciphering metadata receiving part 22 which receives metadata for enciphering, and a enciphering part 23 which performs enciphering using the first encryption key corresponding to the part for every part specified by the partial specified information included in the metadata for the contents data.
