<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband-compatible chip antenna having a good antenna characteristic with easy manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: A chip antenna 1 includes a dielectric substrate 2, a feeder conductor 3 having a terminal 3b including a feeder, and a conductive portion 3a conducting to the above terminal, and a ground electrode 4 disposed apart from the above feeder conductor 3. The above conductor 3a is tilted in such a way that the width becomes larger as the conductive portion 3a is apart further from the terminal 3b.
