<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide body being prevented for a valve body from worsening in seating performance without becoming magnetic resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the guide body 20 to guide a plunger 36 and the valve body 24, a passage route of magnetic flux of a magnetic field formed by a coil 37, that is, the portion 47 crossing a magnetic circuit is made of magnetic material. Thereby, the guide body 20 does not become magnetic resistance, but can obtain a great driving force by the coil 37. In the guide body 20, the portion to support the valve body 24 is made of non-magnetic material. Then, metal powder is prevented from magnetic absorbing and adhering to the support portion, Thereby, the valve body 24 can be prevented from worsening in seating performance and guiding ability caused by that metal powder is adhered to the guide body 20 to enable the accomplishment of a successful opening and closing control of a valve passage 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
