<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide body being prevented for a valve body from worsening in seating performance without becoming magnetic resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the guide body 20 to guide a plunger 36 and the valve body 24, a passage route of magnetic flux of a magnetic field formed by a coil 37, that is, the portion 47 crossing a magnetic circuit is made of magnetic material. Thereby, the guide body 20 does not become magnetic resistance, but can obtain a great driving force by the coil 37. In the guide body 20, the portion to support the valve body 24 is made of non-magnetic material.
