PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image stably while reducing burden of processing on a CPU when a display screen is presented on the display screen of a destination display. SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus 100 comprises an application CPU 110, a memory 120, an LCD 130, a memory 140 only for a video output LSI, and the video output LSI 150. The application CPU 110 reads out image data (mainly still image) stored in the memory 120 and transfers image data read out from the memory 120 to a destination display, i.e. an LCD 130, and the video output LSI 150. Interpolation section 209 of the video output LSI 150 expands a transfer image up to the longitudinal 480 line on the television screen 302 of a television set 300 and expands/interpolates the lateral size of the transfer image with the same expansion rate as that of the longitudinal size of the transfer image.
