PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb vibration inputted from a power unit when performing steady operation, prevent excessive displacement of the power unit even when impact is inputted, and shut off transmission of impact to a vehicle body side effectively. SOLUTION: In this torque rod 10, rigidity along the axial direction of a compression elastic body 64 is set to be high to cope with shocking load, and rigidity in the axial direction of an elastic connection part 52 is set to be lower than that of the compression elastic body 64. When inputting vibration of the power unit, the elastic connection part 52 is elastically deformed by input vibration, and input vibration is effectively absorbed and damped by internal friction of the elastic connection part 52. When inputting impact compression from the power unit, the elastic connection part 52 is elastically deformed, air in a cylinder chamber 48 of an air cushion 24 is compressed to generate reaction force, and the compression elastic body 64 is deformed by compression to prevent excessive displacement of the power unit by impact compression.
