PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat quantity conditioning device having an energy-saving operation function in outing, capable of being returned to a comfortable heating state when coming back, and preventing the temporal consumption of a large amount of energy in an energy-saving operation mode. SOLUTION: This heat quantity conditioning device operated and controlled to achieve a set temperature, comprises a remote control means 14 capable of changing and setting the set temperature by remote control, and an estrangement measuring and communicating means 17 portable in outing, measuring an estrangement distance or an estrangement time with respect to the remote control means, and transmitting the same to the remote control means. The remote control means increases or decreases the set temperature by a prescribed value in accordance with the increase and decrease of the estrangement distance or the estrangement time transmitted from the estrangement measuring communicating means in the energy-saving operation mode.
