PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing device of an organic EL light-emitting element capable of manufacturing high-quality organic EL light-emitting element with good productivity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the organic EL light-emitting element in one mode involves a pair of electrodes on a substrate 101, and an organic EL layer between the pair of the electrodes. The organic EL layer is formed by discharging at least a part of an organic EL material of the organic EL layer from a first nozzle 203a and a second nozzle 203b, and coating them on the substrate arranged at a position facing to the first nozzle and the second nozzle.
