PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus for a vehicle in which, while obtaining brighter irradiation light, noise obstacle affecting a wireless and radio caused by electromagnetic wave noise can be evaded at the same time. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave noise prevention sheet 5 is covered in close contact throughout a fluorescent lamp 4 of U-shape installed at the lamp socket 3 of a fluorescent lamp apparatus. This electromagnetic wave noise prevention sheet 5 serves as a close conductor of a rapid start lighting type, and is connected electrically to an inverter cover 6 by a fitting 6. The electromagnetic wave noise prevention sheet 5 is formed of a translucent film, a translucent metal film on a film pasted on top of it, and a metal wire-net having a numerical aperture of 95% made of indium tin oxide pasted on the top of it.
