PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating method capable of heating efficiently the center of a heating object in the case of heating the heating object by an induction heating device in which a plurality of induction heating coils are arranged annularly in concentric circle form. SOLUTION: Electric current with a frequency higher than that of other induction heating coils is inputted into an induction heating coil 12 arranged at the innermost out of a plurality of induction heating coils 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 arranged annularly in the concentric circle form for induction heating the heating object 10, and the heating object 10 is heated. Specifically, electric current with a frequency established at 200 kHz is inputted into the induction heating coil 12 and the electric current with a frequency established at 40 kHz is inputted into the other induction heating coils.
