PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease display defects caused by variation of sampling circuit driving signals in an optoelectronic device. SOLUTION: The circuit has an enable circuit comprising a plurality of arranged groups each having m unit circuits. The same transmission signals and different enable signals are inputted to the respective m unit circuits, and the transmission signals are shaped into a predetermined pulse width based on the enable signals.
