PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonhalogen pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which does not cause whitening having a fear of lowering the value of the commercial product used and excels in back surface tack capable of preventing peeling. SOLUTION: The nonhalogen pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a base film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on its one surface, and the base film is composed of two layers consisting of an inner layer which has direct contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and an outer layer, and the outer layer does not have an inorganic filler and is composed of a polyethylene-based resin added with a tackifier.
