PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which has an excellent thickness accuracy, a suitable level of hardness, and excellent smoothness, and has an improved thickening effect during heat melting without no excessive flow upon exposure to heat and excellent processability and does not contain air bubbles in the case of non-foaming by using 1,2-polybutadiene having a low glass transition temperature, excellent in freeze resistance, cold impact resistance, and abrasion resistance or using a vinyl-cis-butadiene rubber together and incorporating a fluororesin into these polymer components, and a molded product using the same such as a shoe sole. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer composition comprises a total of 100 pts.wt. polymer components composed of (A) 10-100 wt.% 1,2-polybutadiene having a glass transition temperature of -50 to -10°C, (B) 90-0 wt.% vinyl-cis-butadiene rubber, and (C) 0-50 wt.% thermoplastic polymer other than the above components (A) and (B), and (D) 0.01-20 pts.wt. fluororesin.
