PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool using order determination device of a punch press capable of setting the tool using order for shortening the working time without degrading the working accuracy as much as possible. SOLUTION: A punch press has a plurality of tool supporters 27 to support tools 40, and selects and uses an arbitrary tool supporter 27. The number and the size of the tools 40 to be supported by the tool supporters 27 are made different by the kind, and at least one tool supporter 27 supports a plurality of tools 40 of different sizes. The tool using order determination device 1 has a using order determination means 2 to determine the using order of the tool 40 according to the set standard 5 with respect to tool allocation information F0. The set standard 5 includes a standard 5a of determining the using order of the tool supporter 27 so that the once-used tool supporter 27 is not used twice, and the tools are used from the smaller tool 40 to the larger tool 40 on the whole for working a plate in a predetermined range.
