PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing intrusion of solid particles into a hollow part of a hollow member from a gap generated between a closing member abutted on an opening peripheral edge of the hollow member to close the opening and the opening peripheral edge. SOLUTION: This solid particle jetting device 10 is provided with the closing member 15 abutted on the peripheral edge of the opening of the hollow member 44 to close the opening, a communicating passage passing through the closing member 15 to communicate the hollow part of the hollow member 44 with the outside, a pressing member 14 for pressing the closing member 15 at the peripheral edge, an injection means 16 for injecting fluid pressurized from the communicating passage toward the hollow part, and a jetting means 18 for jetting solid particles to an external surface of the hollow member 44. Since the fluid flows to the outside when the gap is generated between the opening peripheral edge of the hollow member 44 and the closing member 15, solid particles are prevented from intruding into the hollow part of the hollow member 44 from the gap.
