A cosmetic color apparatus includes a color measurement device for measuring a skin color of an individual. A computer processing device is provided in communication the color measurement device for performing a comparison of the measured skin color with a desired color so as to provide color information. A color mixing device is provided in communication with the computer processing device for mixing a plurality of pigments based on the color information so as to provide a cosmetic color mixture. |
