PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel fixing structure and a soundproof wall, capable of continuously supporting a soundproof panel by energizing force even if strong external force is applied to the soundproof panel. SOLUTION: An elastic body 1 is compressed when the strong external force is applied to the soundproof panel 10, and the soundproof panel 10 is supported by a pressure-proof member 2 for enhancing a compression elastic modulus and compression resistant strength by the elastic body 1 when becoming less than clearance S of a certain specific value. Thus, even when very strong external force is applied to the soundproof panel 10, the elastic body 1 can be prevented from being compressed by exceeding an elastic limit, and the soundproof panel 10 can be continuously supported by the energizing force of the elastic body 1 over a long period by restraining reduction in the energizing force of the elastic body 1.
