PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an aged person having a disabled wrist and a disabled person to easily operate a door for opening and closing, by realizing a structure capable of rotating a gripping holding bar without reducing strength, with a simple constitution, in a bar handle for the door. SOLUTION: Pulley-shaped joints 13 and 13 having an annular groove 13a on upper-lower end surfaces and a circumferential surface, are fixed to the round bar-shaped gripping holding bar 12. A circular hole 24 for fitting the joints and a screw hole 25 in the direction orthogonal to the circular hole, are arranged on the tip part side in a pair of upper and lower mounting brackets 14 and 15. The joints of the gripping holding bar are respectively fitted to the circular hole. A screw part 16a of a screw pin 16 is screwed in the screw hole, and the screw tip 16b is engaged with the annular groove of the joints, to be assembled by rotatably holding both upper and lower ends of the gripping holding bar in a slipping-out preventive state.
