PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device of a working vehicle capable of reducing the longitudinal length of a supporting frame 21 of a rear working machine as much as possible and increasing the starting angle, and ensuring a space around a seat of the rear working machine as wide as possible by bringing a backwardly-directed seat 36 to operate the rear working machine as close as possible to a forwardly-directed driver's seat of the working vehicle. SOLUTION: The forwardly-directed driver's seat 9 which is forwardly foldable from a seating posture in which an operator is seated is arranged on a rear upper part of a traveling vehicle body 5, a backwardly-directed seat 36 is supported by a supporting frame 21 of a rear working machine mounted on a rear part of the traveling vehicle body 5 in a backwardly foldable manner from the seating posture, and a backrest part 36b of the backwardly-directed seat 36 is arranged at the position of a backrest part 9b of the forwardly-directed driver's seat 9 in the seating posture.
