PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp device of a motorcycle capable of being effectively miniaturized and improving light distribution characteristic. SOLUTION: A plurality of valves 16, 17 are provided at a front end of a cowling 113 covering a front part of a vehicle body frame and formed into a substantially streamline type. Reflectors 18, 19 for reflecting light emission of an upper part valve 16 and a lower part valve 17 arranged by separating from each other vertically toward a front part are stored adjacent to each other vertically in housings 11, 13, respectively. The upper part reflector 18 is formed to have larger width on the left and right sides than vertical width. The lower part reflector 19 is formed into a substantially circular shape being narrower than width on the left and right sides of the upper part reflector 18 and is arranged to enter its lower part in a front part more than the upper part reflector 18.
