PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate and draw out a cup holder automatically only through a one-push operation. SOLUTION: A first controlling means 303 starts an electrically operated driving mechanism 20 in the direction in which the cup holder 12 advances, and stops the driving mechanism 20 with an advance stop command signal emitted when the cup holder 12 has attained the advancing end. A second controlling means 304 starts the electrically operated driving mechanism 20 in the direction in which the cup holder 12 is reversed, and stops the driving mechanism 20 with a reverse stop command signal emitted when the cup holder 12 has reached the reversing end, and restarts the mechanism 20 to the advancing direction with a reverse stop command signal of a second sensor 301 after the cup holder 12 is stopped at the reversing end, advances a moving member 11 in a minute stroke, and turns the second sensor 302 from On into Off.
