PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing apparatus preventing deformations such as twisting, bending, cracking or the like generated for the duration of drying a timber. SOLUTION: The pressing apparatus prevents the timber from a force to generate deformations such as twisting, bending, cracking or the like for the duration of the drying by firmly compressing and hardening all periphery of the timber by the pressing apparatus.
