PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device realizing smooth transferring with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The conveying device 10 performs transferring of an article 16 between a station 12 and an unmanned conveying vehicle 14. A conveyor for conveying the article 16 is provided on the station 12 and the unmanned conveying vehicle 14. Further, the conveying device 10 includes a first motor 18 for driving the first conveyor; a first inverter 20 for adjusting a voltage value of a voltage applied to the first motor 18 and a frequency; a second motor 22 for driving the second conveyor; a second inverter 24 for adjusting a voltage value of a voltage applied to the second motor and a frequency; and a means for obtaining synchronization of the first motor 18 and the second motor 22.
