<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for issuing an information recording medium in which the information recording media is managed in units of sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A control means requests an IC tag reader for identification information when power is turned on or when an information recording medium supply cassette is opened/closed, records the identification information from the IC tag reader in a first memory, compares the residual quantity of new information recording medium counted based on each identification information in the first memory with the residual quantity which had been recorded in a second memory immediately before, and reports occurrence of inequality of residual quantity if they do not match each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
