INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the activities of workers engaged in intellectual labor by classifying the texts described by the workers according to different activities that constitute practices.

SOLUTION: A syntactic and semantic analysis process is applied to natural language texts such as texts written by workers engaged in intellectual labor so as to obtain the results of syntactic and semantic analysis such as verbs and case relations, and the aspects and tenses of the verbs. The results of the syntactic and semantic analysis are searched for attribute values that express different classifications of the practices. Based on the attribute values obtained, the natural language texts are classified into different kinds of practice activities, and important words about "What" and "How" are extracted on the basis of the attribute names of the attribute values obtained.
