PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage fluctuation compensating circuit which is capable of making a reference voltage fluctuate less. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device, including a differential amplifier equipped with a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and at least, one output terminal, is provided. The second input terminal is configured so as to receive time-varying input signals. A CMOS transmission gate, which is kept always ON in a normal state, is included. The CMOS transmission gate is equipped with an output terminal electrically connected to the input terminal that receives the reference voltage and the first input terminal of the differential amplifier. A parasitic capacitance is added to the first input terminal of the differential amplifier so as to enable the CMOS transmission gate to decrease fluctuations caused by kick-back noises in the reference voltage.
