PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive connector and an adapter device capable of surely attaining electric connection to each of electrodes with necessary insulation secured between them, even for the electrodes with a small separation interval and fluctuation in height, as well as an electric inspection device of a circuit device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive connector is provided with a complex conductive sheet consisting of a resin insulating sheet having a plurality of openings; an insulating film arranged so as to block each opening of the insulating sheet, made of an elastic polymer substance supported by the insulating sheet; a complex conductive sheet composed of a plurality of rigid conductor extended in a thickness direction of the insulating film, fixed to and supported by the insulation film, arranged so as to be positioned inside each opening of the insulating sheet; and a first and a second anisotropic conductive elastomer sheets arranged on one and the other face of the complex conductive sheet.
