PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cartridge which can simply correct the attitude of the memory board even if it is shifted from an appropriate attitude when assembling a tape cartridge. SOLUTION: This cartridge has a main case 1 built by connecting upper and lower cases 1a, 1b, a mounting part 21 provided in the main case 1, and a non-contact memory board 20 retained aslant in the mounting part 21. The mounting part 21 has a push plate 23 and a support 25 to sandwich the memory board 20 from upper side and lower side, and also a 1st guide plate 26 to regulate the memory board 20 moving to the right. The push plate 23 extends from the inside surface of the upper case 1a downward and its lower end surface 23a is in contact with the top of the memory board 20. The support plate 25 extends upward from the inside surface of the lower case 1b and its upper end surface 25a touches the lower end of the memory board 20. The left end surface 26a of the 1st guide plate 26 catches the right end of the memory board 20.
